Team Leader (Chemistry-Hematology)•Charlotte, NC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Evening Shift (3:30 PM•12:00 AM)

Pay:

$40•53.25/hour Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field. ASCP (MLS/MT) or AMT (MT) certification required. Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of Chemistry and Hematology laboratory operations. Experience with CAP, AABB, TJC, and other regulatory/accreditation standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
