Job Description

Team Leader Core Laboratory Cytogenetics Location:
Charlotte, NC Employment Type:
Full-time, Permanent Highlights:
Leadership role in a respected core laboratory (Cytogenetics) Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance offered Competitive pay range: $35.50 $53.25/hr (based on experience) Comprehensive benefits package Monday Friday schedule (12:00pm 8:30pm) with rotating weekends/holidays
Key Responsibilities:
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency Oversee testing quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring adherence to standard work Monitor workflow, turnaround times, and team productivity Support lab operations, equipment troubleshooting, and staffing needs
Requirements:
ASCP certification (or equivalent) 2 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience Prior leadership or team lead experience Strong knowledge of lab workflows, quality systems, and instrumentation Experience with FISH and chromosome analysis preferred APPLY NOW or contact Megan directly at (accepts texts) / .
