The Manager Cath Lab responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Ensures department staff are managed effectively, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed. Conducts negotiations for pricing of products utilized within the lab inclusive of capital and supply materials. Coordinates the unit based quality improvement program evidenced by implementing action plans that impact patient outcomes. Provides support by acting as a resource to patients, family, staff members, and physicians Collaborates with external RN, RT and Scrub Technician program faculty to maintain/improve quality of student rotations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE
6 years current experience in a cardiac cath lab setting with at least 2 of those years in a management position
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS
ARRT-T (Radiation Therapy) OR RN (Registered Nurse) Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state BLS (Basic Life Support) Issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
