Business Need Essential Functions:

Report to work on time and prepared for each scheduled shift Perform all assigned duties and processes, including tasks for which you are fully qualified and those within your demonstrated capabilities Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive attitude throughout the workday Work collaboratively as a team member and contribute to a respectful, productive work environment The DLO Hospital Laboratory Manager is responsible for representing the Joint Venture in all individual Hospital Laboratory site daily management. Ensures the JV is meeting the expectations to deliver quality control standards as well as establishing, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures. Collects and analyzes data and prepares a variety of analyses and reports. Performs duties as leader of the daily hospital laboratory activities. Perform duties a hospital department head including representing the laboratory in hospital functional and leadership meetings. Ensure Laboratory Technical staff are effectively performing duties meeting both hospital expectations as well as the expectations of the Joint Venture. The DLO Hospital Laboratory Manager is accountable for the accuracy and reliability of all services provided by the lab departments under his/her supervision. Ensures policies and practices meet all regulatory standards and requirements.
