Lab Manager#26-20628 $56.12 - $60.61/hour Lebanon, OR Onsite 13 weeks Job Description Day Shift 8.5 hours/day Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Lab Manager for their Lebanon, OR location.

Responsibilities:

Manages day-to-day operations in the laboratory department. Works closely with the Laboratory Director on policy or procedural matters. The laboratory teams at Client have responsibilities for testing samples that may include blood, body fluids and tissue to aid in diagnosis of diseases, illnesses or conditions that may need medical attention. Lab tests are processed for hospital inpatients and emergency room patients twenty four hours a day. In addition, testing is performed on outpatient and clinic specimens. All Client labs are licensed by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services - the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments Act (CLIA), and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).

Requirements:

Five (5) years' experience in a clinical role and two (2) years laboratory leadership experience required. Proficiency with Kronos/ UKG, required. Proficiency with Epic Beaker, required. ASCP, AMT or equivalent certified Medical Laboratory Scientist required. Experience in a hospital setting preferred. Minimum years of experience: 5
