The Cath Lab Nurse Manager will join a nationally recognized healthcare organization focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and innovation. The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations within a 24/7 cardiac services environment. Responsibilities include staffing, resource utilization, patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and staff development. This leader will also help manage equipment, supplies, budgets, and operational initiatives while maintaining a safe and efficient environment for patients and employees.

Reporting to hospital leadership, the Nurse Manager Cardiac Catheterization Lab will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational performance. This leader will coach staff, support competency development, address performance concerns, and help lead regulatory readiness and quality initiatives.
