Responsibilities Supervise daily clinical laboratory operations and workflow to ensure timely, accurate testing Oversee staff scheduling, training, performance, and adherence to SOPs Monitor QC, QA, and instrumentation to maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance Review, validate, and release test results in accordance with laboratory standards Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and internal teams to resolve testing issues Implement process improvements to enhance turnaround time, quality, and efficiency Ensure proper documentation, inventory management, and equipment maintenance Support and model a culture of safety, professionalism, and patient-centered service Required Skills Clinical laboratory testing and instrumentation Quality control and quality assurance in a medical lab Knowledge of CLIA/CAP or equivalent regulatory standards Staff supervision and team leadership Workflow management and scheduling Laboratory information systems (LIS) Specimen handling and processing Process improvement and troubleshooting Documentation and compliance reporting Communication with physicians and healthcare teams
