Nurse Manager, Cardiac Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology - Methodist Celina Medical Center At Methodist Health System, our cardiac and interventional radiology teams play a critical role in delivering advanced, compassionate care. As the Nurse Manager of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department, you will lead daily operations, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure the department has the equipment and resources needed to provide efficient, cost-effective, high-quality patient care. RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Nurse Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology department Manage department scheduling and ensure equipment and resources are available to support patient care Hire, train, and evaluate staff, including conducting yearly performance reviews Administer disciplinary action and support ongoing staff development Serve as an expert clinical resource for nursing staff within the department Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships across the care team Take ownership of department performance and identify opportunities to improve the patient experience Take initiative for your own professional growth while helping build an engaged, high-performing team Support the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Methodist Health System

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required 3 to 5 years of Nurse Manager experience required 3 to 5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology experience preferred Current CPR certification required Current certifications as required by department Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas

Day shift (8-hour shifts) Monday-Friday
