Job Description Title (SEO) Laboratory Clinical Laboratory Director (MT/MLT) - Junction, TX Hook Join a leading facility in Junction, Texas as a Lab Director in a permanent position with a schedule of Mon-Fri 7A-3P or 8A-5P (flexible) plus rotating weekend on-call. You'll lead and support a small lab team while also performing standard MT/MLT duties—a great fit for a hands-on working manager. Competitive pay packages and weekly pay via direct deposit (W-2) are available, with additional support including medical benefits and reimbursement when applicable.

Blood Bank experience required Pay & Benefits Competitive Pay Packages Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit (W-2) Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust Referral Bonus Program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state/federal/local laws Travel and other reimbursements when applicable Pay package discussed upon application What You'll Do Serve as a working Lab Director, covering leadership duties and hands-on lab responsibilities Perform standard MT/MLT duties in addition to administrative/oversight responsibilities Manage laboratory operations with a focus on quality, workflow, and team performance Oversee staffing for 3 full-time technicians and 1 PRN (working manager model) Ensure appropriate Blood Bank operations and related lab processes Support consistent communication and day-to-day coordination within the laboratory team Participate in rotating weekend on-call coverage as scheduled What You Need Required Blood Bank experience Ability to work as a hands-on, working manager (Director duties + MT/MLT responsibilities) Flexible schedule availability for Mon-Fri hours (7A-3P or 8A-5P) and rotating weekend on-call Applicable lab licensure/certification (not specified in job order) Preferred Prior experience leading or supervising a lab team (experience managing staff/operations) Experience working in a fast-paced laboratory environment where leadership and technical work are both required About the Assignment This is a permanent Lab Director opportunity at a leading facility in Junction, Texas. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on working manager who can both lead the lab and perform standard MT/MLT duties, with Blood Bank experience as a key requirement.
