Job Description:

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with regulatory and industry standards. Develop, update, and oversee quality procedures (SOPs, deviations, CAPAs, complaints). Lead internal and external audits; manage follow‑up actions and inspection readiness. Serve as the primary contact for auditors, inspectors, and customer quality inquiries. Oversee all QC laboratory testing for raw materials, in‑process samples, finished goods, and stability programs. Establish, validate, transfer, and maintain analytical methods and specifications. Ensure data integrity, documentation accuracy, and audit‑ready laboratory practices. Manage calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as; Biology, Microbiology, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degree (MS or PhD) is a plus. 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related role in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of USDA regulations, GMP and quality systems.
