Join Hitachi Energy's Product Group Transformer (PGTR) team in South Boston, VA, as our Test Lab Operations Leader. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee all Factory Test Room activities, ensuring our transformers and components meet the highest performance and safety standards. You'll guide a skilled team of engineers and technicians through Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with customers and technical experts to deliver excellence.
