Responsibilities Oversee daily laboratory activities, including staff hiring, professional development, and performance management Allocate and schedule laboratory resources for project activities and manage budgets and timelines Define and monitor performance metrics for quality and productivity; implement process improvements Coordinate project activities with internal and external functional groups; prioritize work across departments Review and approve investigations, deviations, and QA audits; ensure GMP/GLP compliance Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification 5-8 years of experience in relevant laboratory or molecular biology field 2+ years of management responsibility Knowledge of molecular biology techniques and analytical method development, transfer, and validation Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior staff Strong written and oral communication skills US work authorization without sponsorship; must pass background check and drug screening
