Job Description

Experis is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist to support complex diagnostic testing for healthcare and scientific clients. In this role, you will perform, analyze, and validate clinical laboratory assays, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will operate and maintain advanced lab instrumentation, follow
CLIA/CAP
standards, and document all quality control procedures. You'll collaborate with clinicians and project teams, contribute to process improvements, and support method verification. Responsibilities Perform, analyze, and validate clinical laboratory tests across relevant disciplines Operate, calibrate, and maintain complex laboratory analyzers and equipment Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and internal quality and safety standards Document and monitor quality control, proficiency testing, and instrument performance Interpret and report results accurately and within defined turnaround times Collaborate with clinicians, scientists, and project teams on test utilization and results Troubleshoot assay, instrument, and specimen issues to resolve test discrepancies Participate in method verification, validation, and implementation of new assays Maintain accurate laboratory records, SOPs, and regulatory documentation Contribute to process improvement and continuous quality initiatives Required Skills Clinical laboratory testing Hematology and chemistry analyzers Molecular/diagnostic techniques Quality control and quality assurance
