• 10:30 PM) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technologist to join a growing mobile diagnostics team serving healthcare facilities across the region.

This role involves performing point-of-care laboratory testing in a mobile setting while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely results. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy independent work, variety in patient environments, and hands-on lab operations . Key Responsibilities Perform waived laboratory testing (Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, Coagulation) Conduct venipuncture and capillary blood collection Receive, process, and log specimens accurately Enter patient data and test orders into lab systems Ensure quality control (QC) standards are met before releasing results Verify abnormal results and escalate unusual findings Monitor STAT testing turnaround times Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues Track inventory and ensure compliance with documentation standards Assist in operating a mobile lab vehicle when needed Work Schedule Monday

• Friday 2:00 PM
• 10:30 PM Weekend and on-call requirements discussed during interview Requirements LVN, MLT, or CLS license (California)
• Required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Familiarity with laboratory workflows and processes Ability to perform phlebotomy High school diploma or equivalent
