Job Description

Category Laboratory - Medical Technologist Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Medical Technologist for a contract assignment in a dynamic, well-equipped laboratory environment. This is a generalist role ideal for a well-rounded professional with expertise across all lab disciplines.
Schedule:
Night shift: 6:00 pm - 6:00 am 36 hours per week
Assignment Details:
24-week contract with potential for extension
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) through ASCP, AMT, or AAB (MLTs will not be considered) Active State of Florida laboratory license Submission of a college diploma or official transcripts Experience as a generalist Medical Technologist, comfortable rotating through various laboratory sections
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated proficiency in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, microbiology, and blood banking Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical settings with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for effective interaction with other healthcare professionals
Key Responsibilities:
