A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Job Description
Lee Health is seeking Medical Technologists to join our mission-driven teams across hospitals and outpatient labs in Southwest Florida. In this role, you will perform complex clinical laboratory testing, validate and report results, and collaborate with providers to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include specimen processing, quality control, instrument maintenance, and adherence to CLIA and CAP standards.
