Location Brooksville, FL Schedule Full-Time Night Shift:
10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Rotating Weekends Flexible shift options: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Compensation Hourly Rate:
$27.09 - $37.92 (based on experience)
On-Call Pay:
$2.00/hr
Night Differential:
$2.50/hr
Additional Benefits Sign-On Bonus:
$10,000 (Night Shift) $5,000 (Day Shift)

Available on a case-by-case basis Position Overview The Medical Technologist performs routine and stat clinical laboratory testing across Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology. This role ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality patient results while supporting laboratory operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards under the direction of laboratory leadership. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and stat clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency Conduct testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology departments Perform quality control procedures and implement corrective actions as needed Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment Review pending logs and resolve outstanding workload issues Maintain accurate and complete patient and laboratory records Assist with inventory control and reagent management Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and other regulatory standards Support specimen collection, processing, and referral testing activities Required Qualifications Associate Degree required Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred Active Florida Medical Technologist license required 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Scientist required Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
