Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) ASCP Certified A healthcare facility is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join their laboratory team on a full-time permanent basis .

Responsibilities:

Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures Analyze, interpret, and report accurate patient results Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory instrumentation Follow quality assurance, quality control, and safety protocols Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to support patient care

Requirements:

ASCP certification required Associate or Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
