Role Overview As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you will support high‑quality patient care by performing diagnostic laboratory testing and quality control procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established laboratory standards. This role supports moderate to high‑complexity testing and plays a key role in daily laboratory operations.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures Preparing reagents and reporting test results in accordance with established policies and procedures Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high‑complexity testing Maintaining laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and supply inventory Monitoring computer applications related to laboratory operations Ensuring accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance in all testing activities Performing other duties as assigned in support of laboratory operations
Qualifications Education Required:
Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience Required:
Clinical laboratory experience
Preferred:
Minimum of four (4) months of clinical laboratory experience Licensure /
Certification Required:
