Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field Current certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) highly preferred Prior experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical lab setting Proven skills in specimen processing, testing, and quality assurance Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
