Qualifications:
Current certification or eligibility as a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS/CLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field Strong working knowledge of laboratory equipment, procedures, and safety protocols Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in a clinical laboratory preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct a variety of laboratory tests on blood, bodily fluids, and other specimens, ensuring accurate and reproducible results Analyze test findings, review data, and promptly communicate critical results to clinical staff Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper calibration Uphold strict compliance with quality control standards, regulatory policies, and laboratory safety procedures Document findings clearly and ensure timely recordkeeping within laboratory systems Collaborate with fellow lab professionals and interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care This opportunity allows you to take on meaningful work in a supportive laboratory setting, with multiple openings available.
