A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Salmon, ID Pay Rate:

Up to $55/hr (All Inclusive)

Hour Shifts Hours:

40 Hours/Week (36 Guaranteed)

REQUIREMENTS

Active Medical Technologist License/Certification (as required) Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field Minimum 2 years of Clinical Laboratory experience ASCP Certification required Current BLS Certification Experience in Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Immunology, and Blood Bank Experience with

EPIC EMR

preferred Knowledge of CLIA regulations and quality control procedures Must be able to participate in on-call rotation and respond within 15 minutes Holiday coverage required

Pay:

$52.00 - $55.00 per hour
