A Clinical Laboratory Scientist analyzes samples of body fluids, tissues, and other substances for diagnostic and research purposes within a medical laboratory or healthcare facility. Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

  • Full-time Established, fast-paced, dynamic, clinical pathology laboratory in a veterinary specialty hospital setting that operates as a "stat lab" needs an experienced, ASCP-certified Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician or a Certified Veterinary Technician.
Generalist experience preferred. Beckman Coulter chemistry, Sysmex hematology, Clinitek urinalysis, Stago coagulation, some blood bank, cytology and fluid analysis preparation. Potential for some supervisory duties.
Available positions:
Full-time weekdays with rotating weekends Come work at an animal hospital with competitive salaries and continuing education programs. Veterinary lab experience is not required as thorough on-site training will be provided.
