AM Every Other Weekend Required Hours:
40 Hours per Week We are seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) to perform advanced laboratory testing and support exceptional patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform testing in Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology Process and analyze patient specimens using manual and automated laboratory equipment Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments Troubleshoot testing and equipment issues Perform manual WBC differentials, body fluid cell counts, specimen dilutions, gram stains, molecular assays, and antibody identification/titers Maintain laboratory inventory and supplies Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards Assist with policy development, staff education, and laboratory process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, Chemical Science, Physical Science, or related field Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) certification through ASCP or AMT Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience Experience in
Blood Bank, Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology Pay:
From $2,700.00 per week
