What qualifications you will need:

Must have bachelors degree in medical technology or related science or bachelors degree and certification in sub-specialty area, or 'grand-fathered' as a Medical Technologist by CLIA88 is required Medical Technologist

(NCA), or as appropriate, BB(ASCP), C(ASCP), I(ASCP), H(ASCP), or M(ASCP) certification or equivalent is required.
