Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT) - Central Kentucky Region A health care laboratory is seeking Medical Laboratory Scientists / Medical Technologists (MLS/MT) for multiple shifts and employment types. This is a direct-hire permanent opportunity with strong benefits and long-term stability. Full-Time First Shift (40 hours weekly / 8-hour days) Location About 30 minutes from Ford, KY Highlights $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates Direct hire hospital laboratory positions Multiple shift options (full-time and part-time available) Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement) Stable clinical laboratory environment Responsibilities Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance Accurately document and report patient results Collaborate with healthcare providers on diagnostic testing Requirements ASCP certification (MLS/MT or equivalent preferred/required depending on role) Hospital or clinical laboratory experience preferred Strong generalist/core lab experience preferred Blood bank experience a plus for select roles Detail-oriented with strong technical skills ATK28
