Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent). Previous experience working in a hospital or medical laboratory. Comprehensive understanding of laboratory equipment, protocols, and safety regulations. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
