Perform complex chemical, biological, hematological, immunologic, microscopic, and bacteriologic tests. Looks for bacteria, parasites, and other microorganisms, tests for drug levels in the blood to show how a patient is responding to treatment.

Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT) Lexington, KY We are seeking a Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join a growing laboratory team in the Lexington, Kentucky area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. Compensation Medical Technologist (MT/MLS): $28-$40/hour Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT): $22-$33/hour Compensation based on experience, education, and certifications Position Highlights Full-time, permanent position Multiple shifts may be available Comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for advancement and professional development Supportive and collaborative laboratory environment Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing in accordance with established procedures Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and efficiently Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation Perform quality control and quality assurance procedures Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care Qualifications Associate's degree (MLT) or Bachelor's degree (MT/MLS) in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field ASCP certification preferred or eligible to obtain certification Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team New Graduates Encouraged to Apply!
