Full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. The ideal candidate will be confident in scoring polysomnography studies, demonstrate strong critical thinking and attention to detail skills, and maintain a positive, patient centered, team oriented attitude. This position is a dayshift position. The ideal candidate must have experience scoring sleep studies and be familiar with Alice 6 software.
Responsibilities include:
Score diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies accurately and efficiently Educate patients on the proper use of home sleep study equipment Perform daytime sleep studies when necessary Provide patients with test results in a professional and compassionate manner Coordinate follow-up care and assist patients with next steps after testing Communicate with providers, patients, and staff to support quality patient care Maintain accurate documentation and follow sleep lab protocols
Requirements:
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist credential preferred/required Experience scoring sleep studies required Experience with Alice 6 strongly preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Technically focused and quality driven mindset American Sleep Medicine offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays for eligible employees.
