Job Description

Medical Technologist Shift - 40-hour shifts (nights) 9p-730a with a rotating schedule, including every other weekend. Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Technologist, where your expertise will drive accurate laboratory testing and contribute to vital patient care. In this role, you will perform a wide range of clinical laboratory procedures, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision. Duties Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunoassays, and molecular diagnostics. Operate and maintain sophisticated medical laboratory equipment. Manage specimen collection and processing procedures with strict adherence to aseptic techniques and CLIA regulations. Implement laboratory quality control protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. Analyze data using Laboratory Information Management Systems and perform detailed data management for research or clinical trials. Interpret diagnostic test results accurately and communicate findings clearly to healthcare providers. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to laboratory operations. Requirements 4-years of Medical Tech experience required.
