Duties Conduct comprehensive laboratory tests including hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, immunoassays, and molecular diagnostics. Operate and maintain sophisticated medical laboratory equipment. Manage specimen collection and processing procedures with strict adherence to aseptic techniques and CLIA regulations. Implement laboratory quality control protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results. Analyze data using Laboratory Information Management Systems and perform detailed data management for research or clinical trials. Interpret diagnostic test results accurately and communicate findings clearly to healthcare providers. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to laboratory operations. Requirements 4-years of Medical Tech experience required.
