Clinical Specialist (Xper IM)
Location:
Home-Based (U.S.) with up to 90% travel across the
United States Duration:
8-Month Contract Position Summary We are seeking a Clinical Specialist (Xper IM) to support clinical education and application training for Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology solutions. This role is responsible for delivering onsite clinical training, supporting healthcare professionals, troubleshooting application-related issues, and ensuring customers maximize the value of advanced imaging technologies. This is a home-based position requiring extensive travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the United States. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Training & Education Deliver basic and intermediate clinical application training at hospitals and healthcare facilities. Assess user competency and document training outcomes. Provide continuing education credits where applicable. Develop and contribute clinical protocols, sample images, and educational materials. Collaborate with training teams to continuously improve education programs and training quality. Customer & Technical Support Provide clinical application support and assist with troubleshooting equipment and workflow issues. Escalate critical customer concerns when appropriate and help drive timely resolution. Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the support process. Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events as needed. Administrative Responsibilities Complete all required training documentation and reports within seven days of training completion. Maintain company-issued equipment and other assigned assets. Support the operational and business objectives of the assigned territory. Required QualificationsExperience Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology , OR Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical applications or field applications role. Experience with Volcano systems is highly preferred. Experience supporting advanced imaging systems and clinical workflows is preferred. Required Certifications (Mandatory) Candidates must possess an active professional credential as a: Registered Technologist (RT) through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Along with at least one of the following certifications: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology ( CV ) Cardiac Interventional Radiography ( CI ) Vascular Interventional Radiography ( VI ) OR Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist ( RCIS ) - CCI Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist ( RCES ) - CCI Candidates must maintain all required professional licenses and continuing education requirements. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology clinical workflows. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical software applications. Travel Requirements Home-based position with up to 90% travel throughout the United States. Must be willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight travel, as required. RAM#

$60.00 - $68.00 per hour
