Expand your expertise as a Generalist Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician with a 13-week assignment that provides rare exposure to diverse laboratory practices and cutting-edge procedures. This role allows you to work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals who bring a variety of approaches to management, compliance, and patient care—perfect for those who are passionate about broadening their clinical skill set and building a standout resume. Schedule/Hours 3x12 hour night shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Weekend rotation required Qualifications Current certification as an MT or MLT, or eligibility to obtain Proven experience in a generalist laboratory position Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Flexibility to rotate weekends as scheduled Responsibilities Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing with precision and accuracy Analyze blood, urine, and other body fluids according to established protocols Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment Ensure all test results meet rigorous quality control standards Document findings, report results, and communicate effectively with healthcare team members Benefits & Travel Perks Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and job security.
