 Share your ideas and help shape the way we work through improvement huddles, employee surveys, and town hall meetings Job DescriptionA Day in the Life Selected candidates will be offered a position as an Unregistered Sleep Tech in a full time 16/40-hour flexible schedule on rotating shifts (first, second, third) and will become actively enrolled in the AAMA A-Step Module program.

The American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AAMA) A-Step program is an online program and will be funded through Munson Healthcare Tuition Reimbursement Program.

A-Steps online learning modules will be paired with hands-on training under the direct supervision of a Board-Certified Sleep Technologist or Sleep Disorders Provider.

Training will take place in Traverse City and Cadillac Sleep Labs; the candidate must be willing and able to travel between both locations for varied shirts and times. At the end of the program, the employee will be eligible to sit for a credentialing exam to become a Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT, BRPT or RST) and will agree to work as a Registered Sleep Technologist for Munson Healthcare for a two-year period.
