Qualifications:
Successful completion of a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist program Current ASCP or AMT certification required Previous experience in a clinical laboratory environment strongly preferred Demonstrated proficiency in laboratory diagnostics, instrumentation, and quality control Excellent communication, critical thinking, and collaborative skills
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing with precision and efficiency Analyze and interpret lab results, collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver high-quality patient care Maintain accurate records, calibrate laboratory equipment, and manage specimen integrity Adhere to all safety, compliance, and quality assurance protocols Continuously adapt to evolving laboratory procedures and new technology
