Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Technologist through ASCP or AMT (Required) Experience as a laboratory generalist with competency in phlebotomy Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and technologies Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct chemical, hematological, immunologic, and microbiological tests as a generalist Perform accurate and safe phlebotomy for patient sampling Analyze and interpret test results efficiently to support patient care Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols Collaborate with fellow laboratory professionals, clinicians, and nursing staff
