Reporting to a Laboratory Services Manager and collaborating closely with a Pathology/Transfusion Medicine Medical Director, the Senior Point of Care Laboratory Technologist or Blood Bank Medical Technologist Lead will guide POCT strategy and operations across care areas, oversee validation, QC/QA, regulatory readiness (CAP/CLIA/TJC), instrumentation connectivity and middleware, competency programs, and LIS/EHR optimization; in transfusion services, the Senior Blood Bank Laboratory Technologist will support antibody identification, crossmatching, inventory management, massive transfusion protocols, and continuous improvement, alongside friendly 5-star-rated nurses, engaged physicians and APPs, and a diverse, collaborative team committed to Just Culture and clinician wellbeing.
