Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$73.70/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Prepare and support cardiac catheterization procedures, including equipment setup and operation (fluoro imaging, digital image acquisition, hemodynamic systems, etc.) Ensure proper documentation of patient data, hemodynamic measurements, and ECG recognition Maintain sterile technique and uphold patient safety standards Collaborate with medical team to optimize patient care and departmental workflow Support radiation safety and act as a radiation safety representative during X-ray procedures Assist with patient positioning and transport as needed Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Follow organizational policies on infection control, patient privacy, and safety Participate in ongoing training and competency development Promote a team-oriented environment aligned with organizational values
What You Need Required:
Graduate from an accredited Radiology Tech program or healthcare-related field (Associate degree minimum) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications State licensure as required in New Mexico 0-1 year of experience in an acute care setting preferred Key skills: attention to detail, teamwork, patient safety focus
Preferred:
Certifications such as RCIS, RCES, RCS, or ARRT modalities Pediatric Life Support certifications for pediatric facilities Additional radiology or cardiovascular certifications About the Assignment This assignment at a leading facility in Alamogordo, NM involves supporting cardiac catheterization procedures in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
