Job Description

Category Laboratory - Medical Technologist Job Type Contract Step into your next clinical adventure as a skilled Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT). This contract opportunity will sharpen your expertise while supporting a dedicated laboratory team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
13-week contract 5x8s evening shift Guaranteed 40 hours per week Flexible hours available
Qualifications:
Experienced generalist with strong skills across key laboratory disciplines ASCP or AMT certification is preferred New York State clinical laboratory license required COVID vaccination is mandatory for all candidates
Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze a broad range of laboratory tests to ensure accuracy and timely results Collaborate with medical staff to support patient diagnosis and treatment Maintain laboratory instruments and equipment according to established protocols Adhere to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the processing of specimens Participate actively in quality assurance processes and strive for operational excellence
