Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field National certification (ASCP or equivalent) preferred Proven experience in laboratory protocols and quality control Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting laboratory results Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent communication skills and adaptability to new environments
Responsibilities:
Conduct and analyze a variety of laboratory tests according to established procedures Maintain quality and accuracy in specimen processing and reporting Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care Ensure all equipment and instrumentation are properly maintained Uphold strict standards of safety, confidentiality, and compliance
