Qualifications & Skills:
Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) required Experience as a generalist in a clinical laboratory setting Proficiency in blood banking procedures and protocols Ability to work independently during night shifts Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Up-to-date knowledge of laboratory best practices and safety standards
