Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field. Current certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent) preferred. Minimum of one year's experience working in a clinical laboratory environment. Strong knowledge of laboratory instruments, testing procedures, and quality assurance protocols. Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with laboratory staff.
