What You'll Bring:
ASCP or AMT certification required Experience as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Generalist background with phlebotomy proficiency Strong blood bank experience Familiarity with chemistry analyzers, especially Roche Cobas Pro/Pure Competence in Cerner LIS and data management Ability to excel independently overnight, collaborating with a lab assistant Proven skills operating in fast-paced, varied laboratory environments
Core Responsibilities:
Perform accurate testing across all core laboratory disciplines Execute phlebotomy procedures as needed Manage lab workflow and resolve technical issues as a solo overnight technologist Collaborate closely with a lab assistant for seamless continuity of care and quality assurance Maintain meticulous records and follow regulatory standards at all times
