Schedule/Hours:
10-week travel assignment
Qualifications:
ASCP certification required (AMT not accepted) Minimum of two years recent, relevant experience as a Medical Technologist or MLT Strong skill set as a generalist with a focus in blood bank Proficiency in phlebotomy Demonstrated experience in a high-complexity chemistry environment (Roche cobas Pro/Pure preferred) Familiarity with LIS—specifically Cerner No local candidates within 50 miles
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of diagnostic laboratory testing as a generalist Ensure accuracy and reliability of results under CLIA guidelines Conduct advanced testing in chemistry and blood banking Execute phlebotomy on diverse patient populations Maintain precise records using Cerner LIS Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
