Qualifications:
Current ASCP or AMT certification required Experience as a Generalist Proven skills as a Laboratory Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing lab environments Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely laboratory testing across multiple disciplines Analyze, interpret, and report results to assist in patient diagnosis and care Maintain high standards of quality assurance and safety protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Troubleshoot, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
