Schedule/Hours:
Full-time travel assignment (specific shift/hours to be discussed during interview)
Qualifications:
Valid national certification as a Medical Technologist (MT, MLS, or CLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) preferred Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a clinical laboratory setting Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, quality control, and safety protocols Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex laboratory testing across various disciplines (hematology, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, etc.) Ensure high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting of laboratory results Operate, validate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment Comply with all regulatory and accreditation requirements Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and treatment Maintain well-documented and organized laboratory records
