Schedule/Hours:
13-week contract 5x8's, day shifts 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
Qualifications:
3+ years as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Lab Technician (MLT) Proficient as a generalist; experience in microbiology required Blood Bank experience is essential Hands-on experience with Roche Cobas 6000 Familiarity with Cerner and Epic EMR systems preferred Experience with Sysmex-WAM, Roche middleware, and Instrument Manager is a plus Must reside 50+ miles from Summerville (no local candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret a wide range of laboratory tests, including microbiology and blood bank procedures Operate advanced lab equipment (Roche Cobas 6000 and related platforms) Accurately document patient data in Cerner and Epic EMRs Maintain quality control standards and troubleshoot instrumentation as needed Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
