Richlands, Virginia Salary:
$55,000 to $75,000 ( Negotiated during interview)
Employment Type:
Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team in Richlands, VA . This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified laboratory professional with at least 1 year of experience in an acute-care laboratory setting . Qualifications Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field Major in Medical Laboratory Science Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute-care laboratory setting Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, testing, and quality control Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate patient results Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Must meet applicable laboratory and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Perform routine and complex laboratory testing accurately and efficiently Analyze and report laboratory results according to established procedures Follow quality control, safety, and regulatory standards Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as required Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Assist with troubleshooting and resolving laboratory testing issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment Why Join Us?
