Job Description
This role is a Clinical Staff Educator for procedural areas such as IR, IR PULM, and GI/Cath Lab, responsible for new hire orientation, ongoing skills training, and professional development to improve patient outcomes. Provides education programs, assesses staff needs, and collaborates with leadership to develop training plans. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, promoting continuous learning. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, RN license, 2-5 years of clinical experience, with preferred qualifications including a Master's degree, 5-10 years of experience, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with shifts depending on educational needs. Ideal candidates possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
