Job Description
Job description: The Roaster will work closely with Services in overseeing the operations of the program site. They must oversee and ensure the overall health and safety of all individuals. The worker is responsible for all tasks assigned and will, to the best of their ability, help the employees and individuals, under their care, to learn on-the-job skills necessary for performing the task. Some of these tasks are listed below but are not all-inclusive.
Duties Include:
a. Know and comply with all Creative Lifestyles Coffee procedures and train all individuals in following these procedures. b. Know and follow all ISPs. c. Maintain and oversee all tracking logs, document logs and train all employees on proper document procedures. d. Maintain contact with the CLC Services Manager for any issues as they arise. f. Turn in all paperwork, receipts and any other documents in a timely manner. g. Attend ISP meetings as requested. h. Know and follow all emergency procedures. i. Train all individuals in good work-related manners and habits. j. Clocking in employees/consumers daily when arrive to work and leave for the shift k. Provide training to individuals as needed l. Recommend changes as needed to improve work environment m. Use creativity to increase sales o. Occasional Saturday availability to assist with and work the Farmer's Market; as well as developing relationships with those in the publicSkills:
