Job Description
Houston Methodist seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse/Educator (RN) for our outpatient centers to support high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will serve as an expert resource for nursing staff, lead orientation and competency validation, and design education that supports evidence-based practice and regulatory readiness. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve workflows, patient safety, and clinical outcomes while mentoring nurses, supporting professional development, and advancing a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
